1:1 Mentorship
$150 an hour
As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC, #712) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, I conduct 1:1 sessions with both athletes and coaches to discuss ways they can use their brains to work for them rather than against them within their respective performance setting. If interested in working with me 1:1, please contact me to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call to see if we’d be a good fit. I look forward to meeting you!
Podcast Guest
If interested in having me as a guest on your podcast, please contact me! I have loved all the podcast episodes I have been a part of to date, which resulted in fruitful discussion around how coaches can better show up for their athletes + how sport organizations can better support coaches. I look forward to continuing the conversation with you on your platform! For a list of podcast episode completed the date, please visit the “Podcast” link in the above header.
